Community Church Concerts uses a will-call list for all shows. No physical tickets are issued.

We'll announce walk-up ticket availability on Facebook if there will be any for sale at the door. All shows are seated — if the show says SOLD OUT, it really is. Please confirm availability before making the trip.

Our intimate sanctuary offers great views of the stage from just about every seat, with comfortable, cushioned church pews and chairs throughout the room. All shows are general admission, and doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Please scoot in and keep personal belongings off neighboring seats so everyone has room to settle in and enjoy the music.

Free on-site parking is available with volunteer assistance for all events. On sold-out nights, a small number of guests will be directed to a nearby free lot — volunteers will guide you. Carpooling helps everyone get in and settled faster. Accessibility parking and a drop-off area are available at the front entrance — just ask a parking volunteer on arrival.

Accessible parking is available, and our parking volunteers will be happy to direct you. There's also a convenient drop-off/pick-up area directly in front of the church. From the drop-off circle, facing the courtyard, follow the sidewalk to your right alongside the buildings. A gently sloping ramp with handrails provides step-free access to both church buildings, avoiding the courtyard stairs. Accessible restrooms are available on-site.

The sanctuary has a gradually sloping floor with good sightlines throughout. Wheelchair seating is available midway through the sanctuary on both sides, where the pews divide, allowing guests to sit alongside friends and family in the pews. Additional wheelchair seating can be arranged toward the back by removing chairs as needed.

Our volunteers, wearing orange lanyards, are always happy to help with seating or other accessibility needs. To arrange early seating or discuss another accommodation, please contact us at tickets@communitychurchconcerts.org , preferably at least one day before the show. Advance notice helps us prepare, but we're happy to assist on show night, too.

We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable at Community Church Concerts.

Concerts are all ages, and no one appreciates our cupcakes more than our youngest fans! Every person attending a concert requires a ticket, regardless of age. To help preserve the listening-room experience for everyone, we ask that parents step outside with children who become disruptive during the performance.

If the spirit moves you, by all means — move. We just ask that dancers make their way to the back or sides of the room so everyone behind you can still see the stage.

A free self-service coat-check is available as you enter the sanctuary on your left. Please use it — leaving jackets on the seat next to you takes up space we need for other guests. The coat check is unsupervised, so keep valuables with you.

Coffee and our famous cupcakes are available during intermission. We've been holding bake sales since our Community Church Coffeehouse days, and the cupcakes have become a highlight of the evening all on their own!

Please skip the flash photography and video recording during performances. Most artists prefer that photos be limited to the first few songs and any encore, so everyone can settle in and enjoy the music.

Community Church Concerts are family-friendly, all-ages events. All shows are alcohol-free and smoke-free.

All ticket sales are final, but if you can't make it, you're welcome to give your tickets or sell them at face value to someone else. Just email us at tickets@communitychurchconcerts.org at least one day before the show with the new ticket holder's name, and we'll update our will-call list.

Our concert season is small by design, with just a handful of performances each year. We put a lot of thought into finding artists who are a great fit for our intimate listening room and our audience.
